Our volunteering
Our colleagues now benefit from a
three-day volunteering allowance,
including one day for them to
complete a charity challenge with their
team. The Openwork Partnership’s
Extended Leadership Team (ELT) used
one of their volunteering days to work
with WellChild to create an accessible
outdoor space for Oscar, who lives
with complex medical needs. Thanks
to the ELTs hard work, Oscar and his
family can now enjoy spending time
outside together.
