Our story
The Openwork Foundation has been at the heart of our network for
over 40 years. We were founded in 1981 as part of the Hambro
Life Charitable Trust, and we’ve continued to grow our impact
throughout the history of The Openwork Partnership.
We became an independent registered charity in 2019,
and our grant programmes support a huge range of
charities working with vulnerable people.
