Supporting
charities:
Back on Track
Manchester
Back on Track Manchester was nominated for a grant by
Emma Bell of KBA Financial.
“Our ethos at KBA is to help people live better lives, and that’s exactly
what Back on Track does every day. What stood out to us, when we
visited, was the depth and quality of support the charity offers. We saw
first-hand the effort put into every session, from cooking classes led by a
head chef from a high-end Manchester restaurant to creative workshops
on music production, magazine publishing and marketing. The counsellors
and volunteers are deeply committed to rebuilding lives, not just meeting
basic needs or ticking a box.”
About Back on Track
Back on Track is a Manchester-based charity providing specialist
community learning and holistic support to adults with multiple or
complex needs. The charity has a strong emphasis on education, personal
development and employability, and they’re dedicated to helping
vulnerable adults build positive, sustainable futures.
The grant and its impact
We created learning opportunities for 485 adults and 85 young people
with a £15,000 grant that funded the core running costs of Back on Track’s
learning centre, ensuring this vital hub continues to provide the support
these vulnerable adults need to create fulfilling, sustainable futures.
Back on Track is also using the funds to strengthen its ability to track its
progress and assess its impact through structured evaluations.
