About Young Enterprise
Young Enterprise empowers young people to
reach their full potential by equipping them
with the skills, knowledge and confidence
they need to thrive in the changing world of
work. It provides practical financial, enterprise
and employability education to young people
aged 5 to 25, and works with government and
industry leaders drive home the importance of
financial education.
How we're supporting Young
Enterprise
We’re helping to fund Young Enterprise’s
Inspiring Futures initiative, a package of
programmes focused on uplifting young people
experiencing some of the greatest barriers to
social mobility.
We’re directly funding four launchpad events
in summer terms from 2024 to 2026 and
helping Young Enterprise deliver employability
masterclasses in 13 schools through its company
programme.
We’re supporting our colleagues and advisers
to directly contribute to Young Enterprise’s
financial education workshops, particularly in
catchment areas close to our Swindon office,
driving the provision of vital expertise to local
schools and establishing ourselves as a pillar of
our community.
“As the parent of two teenagers,
I know how important these
opportunities can be and
the impact they can have. It
was so rewarding to see the
transformation these young
people go through. They come
in slightly shy or disengaged,
but they leave with incredible
confidence and enthusiasm.”
