Creating a culture
of giving back
Giving Together Initiative
The Openwork Foundation is at the heart of our Partnership and reflects
our shared culture of care. Thanks to firms, colleagues, providers, clients,
family and friends we support charities that change lives every day.
In January we introduced a new regular giving initiative to help us
grow this impact. Every firm, will be auto enrolled into a small monthly
donation based on firm size, taken from fee accounts (Principals can
choose to opt-out at any time). 78% of Openwork Firms are now giving
(at the time of publication).
A 2 year pilot with 2plan Advisers worked exceptionally well, and saw
regular givers rise from 4% to 72%, transforming the level of funds
available for vital projects.
Each contribution will go even further as all donations receive a 50%
uplift on top of any gift aid. Your support for this initiative will help us
reach more vulnerable people together as one community.

Celebrating our anniversary
Grand Summer Ball at Hampton Court Palace
As the Foundation celebrates its 45th Anniversary we are delighted to
announce a really special event with a Grand Summer Ball taking place at
the iconic Hampton Court Palace on Thursday 16th July.
