“As a group, the grants committee are continually
inspired by the vast range of charities we support
and the vital work they deliver, often under
increasing pressure and in the face of rising demand.
Each year, the personal stories we hear through our
applications process remind us why this work matters so much.
These insights reinforce our commitment to directing our funding
where it can achieve the greatest impact and help build the longterm resilience of the organisations we are privileged to support.
We are extremely grateful for the continued support of our
advisers and our colleague community whose generosity, time
and commitment enable us to continue supporting those in
greater need than ourselves. As I step aside and pass on the role
of chair of our Grant Giving Committee in 2026, I do so with
a real sense of pride and gratitude. Our Foundation really is
something special”
