“The Openwork Foundation continues to
be one of the most powerful expressions
of who we are as a Partnership. In 2025,
its impact reached new heights. Raising over
£1 million in a single year is an extraordinary
achievement. One made possible by the passion and generosity
of our advisers and colleagues across the business.
What inspires me most is not only the scale of this success,
but the spirit behind it. Whether taking on gruelling physical
challenges, organising local fundraising events, or nominating
charities which have strong, personal connections to us,
our community repeatedly demonstrates its commitment
to supporting those who are most in need. For 44 years the
Foundation has continued to be the cultural glue that brings us
together, enabled by the operational support and funding uplift
provided by Openwork. We really do walk the talk.
This year’s record-breaking fundraising has enabled the
Foundation to give more grants than ever before, supporting
more amazing charities. As cost of living pressures persist and
needs within our communities continue to grow, so too does
our determination to stand alongside the organisations that
make a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable.
I am incredibly proud of the Foundation and of everyone who
contributes to its work. Together, we are proving that when our
Partnership unites behind a purpose, we can change lives in
meaningful and lasting ways
