Foreword
As we reflect on another successful year for The Openwork Foundation,
2025 stands out as particularly remarkable because, together, we achieved an
extraordinary landmark.
Thanks to the collective goodwill of our advisers, colleagues, and partners,
uplifted by the unwavering support of The Openwork Partnership business,
the Foundation achieved the incredible milestone of £1 million raised in
a single year. Beyond the number itself, this is a testament to the social
conscience and shared culture that defines our community.
From those who tackled the National Three Peaks Challenge in scorching heat,
to those who braved the Yorkshire Three Peaks during an amber rain warning,
and every other fundraising effort during the year, there have been countless
examples of our supporters’ determination and commitment. Our campaign
to build regular income through monthly donations is also starting to make a
real difference as we look to maintain this momentum in future years. Every
pound donated really does represent hope and opportunity, reflecting the
trust our network places in us to make a meaningful and lasting difference.
Equally remarkable is what this generosity enabled. In 2025, the Foundation
awarded £762,000 in grants to 110 charities, supporting children, young
people, and families across the UK who rely on the vital services these
organisations provide.
Reaching the £1 million milestone is both a celebration of what we can
achieve together and a reminder of the responsibility we carry. As the needs
of the charities we support continue to grow, so does our determination
to stand alongside them. These milestones help us strengthen our grants
programme, extend our reach, and provide life-changing support to even
more people.
The Foundation’s impact has always been built on our shared culture and
determination to make a difference. As our business grows, so does our
opportunity to do more, give more, and support the causes that matter most.
