Precious Sight Foundation
Precious Sight Foundation was nominated for a
grant by Eminent Financial to deliver three days of
community eye clinics in Ghana, providing free eye
screenings for 1,000 children and adults.
During the clinics, the team diagnose a range of eye
conditions, refer more serious cases to local hospitals,
and provide glasses and essential treatments on
the spot. For many people living in the semi rural
communities where the clinics take place, this kind
of care is normally unaffordable. The basic free eye
services offered make an immediate difference,
improving vision, restoring independence, and helping
to identify underlying conditions that could lead to
sight loss if left untreated.
